The Clubhouse has a living room with views of our koi pond, plus a TV, fireplace, bookshelves and plenty of sitting room to enjoy it all. There is a full kitchen plus both, men’s and women’s shower facilities. There is a fitness room with several pieces of exercise equipment.
The pool has a covered pergola with wonderful views.
It is stocked with beer, Texas wines, ice, beverages, water, toiletries, laundry supplies, candy, snacks, ice cream, and more. The General Store is also the Resort office.

Top of the Hill cabins are decorated in a variety of country styles. The outside includes a front porch with magnificent views. The interiors contain modern comforts, and come fully furnished with all necessary linens plus satellite TV. Our cabins are not pet friendly.
The banquet hall is a 1,920 square foot facility with 10 foot ceilings and loaded with huge windows to provide “Views” in all directions, this banquet room has seating for 120 people at twenty eight foot tables plus you have six extra tables for serving. Vistas Banquet Hall has a fully-equipped kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, sinks, coffee makers, with plenty of counter space and cabinet storage space. Vistas Banquet Hall is a wonderful place for your socials events, club gatherings, family gatherings such as wedding reception, family reunion, graduation, quinceanera, birthday, anniversary, bar mitzvah, other celebrations, and corporate events such as conference, business meeting, or company party.
Located next to the clubhouse along with the air conditioned restrooms with showers. Enjoy our outstanding rock-decked pool area with beautiful landscaping and wonderful views. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There are NO pets allowed in this area.
A pleasant air conditioned room with several washers and dryers. There is plenty of room to fold laundry along with an ironing board and iron if needed.
At Top of the Hill RV Resort there are 103 full hookup sites including 35 spacious pull-thru sites, 6 concrete sites, and 17 Platinum luxury sites in a park-like setting with its rolling terrain. Located on a tiered, high mesa, you have great views in all directions. Many sites have access to our free limited WiFi (please no streaming or large downloads). Our staff makes every effort to ensure that your check-in is pleasant and quick, and then you are escorted to your site.
